Cash Bail Bonds
Guidance when the judge orders a cash-only bond, so nothing slows down release.
Call 24/7: (480) 553-9694Some Arizona release orders say “cash only,” which means the court expects the full amount, not a bond. Families often lose hours at this point figuring out where to go and what's accepted. We help you get it right the first time.
Cash-only vs. cash-or-bond
Read the release conditions carefully. A “cash or bond” order gives you a choice: post the full amount yourself, or have us post a surety bond for a fraction of the cost. A “cash only” order requires the full amount.
We'll look at the order with you and tell you which situation you're in. If a bond is allowed, we'll show you how much you'd save.
Getting cash bail posted quickly
Where you can post, which payment types are accepted, and what hours the window is open all depend on the facility and the court. We'll tell you exactly where to go and what to bring, so you don't end up making two trips.
Getting the money back
Cash posted directly with the court is generally refunded after the case ends, as long as the defendant made every appearance. Courts may first deduct fines, fees, or restitution. Keep your receipt somewhere safe, because you'll need it.

Call or text any time, day or night. A real person answers, and we can usually start the bond on the first call.
