Regular (Surety) Bail Bonds
Pay a fraction of the bail amount and we guarantee the rest to the court.
Call 24/7: (480) 553-9694A surety bond is the most common way East Valley families get someone home. Instead of paying the court the entire bail amount, you pay us a premium, and we guarantee the full amount to the court on your loved one's behalf.
How a surety bond works
When a judge sets bail, the court wants assurance that the defendant will come back for every hearing. With a surety bond, Mesa Metro Bail Bonds provides that assurance. We file the bond, and the court releases the defendant on the conditions the judge set.
In exchange, you pay a premium, typically 10% of the bail amount under Arizona's filed rates. On a $5,000 bond, that's about $500 instead of $5,000. The premium is our fee for taking on the risk, so it is not refunded when the case ends.
Who signs, and what they agree to
The person who arranges the bond (usually a family member or close friend) signs as the cosigner, also called the indemnitor. The cosigner agrees to help make sure the defendant attends court and to be responsible for the bond if they don't.
We go over every line of the agreement before anyone signs. If something is unclear, ask. Explaining it is part of our job.
When the bond ends
Once the case is resolved and the defendant has made their required court appearances, the court exonerates (releases) the bond. Any collateral that was pledged is returned, and your obligation is finished.

Call or text any time, day or night. A real person answers, and we can usually start the bond on the first call.
