How much does a bail bond cost in Arizona?

The premium is typically 10% of the total bail amount, based on rates filed with the State of Arizona. For a $10,000 bond, that's about $1,000. The premium is the fee for the bond, so it isn't refunded. We'll give you the exact amount, in writing, before you sign anything.

Do you take credit cards?

Yes. We accept major credit and debit cards, and you can pay over the phone, so you don't have to come to an office or the jail to get the bond started.

Can I get a payment plan?

In many cases, yes. Qualified cosigners can pay part of the premium up front and the rest in scheduled payments. Call us and we'll tell you what's possible for your situation.

Do I need collateral?

Often, no. Many bonds can be written on a qualified cosigner's signature alone. Larger bonds may need limited collateral, such as a vehicle title, and it's returned when the bond is exonerated.

How long until my loved one is released?

It depends on the facility and how busy it is. Once the bond is posted, release often takes a few hours, but it can take longer at busy times. Timing is set by the jail, not the bondsman, but we move fast on our end so we're never the hold-up.

What information do I need when I call?

The defendant's full name and date of birth are enough to start. If you have the booking number, the charge, or the jail's location, even better. We can usually look up the rest.

What happens if they miss court?

Call us immediately. Missed appearances can often be fixed quickly if the defendant gets back in front of the court. If they don't, the court can forfeit the bond and issue a warrant, and the cosigner becomes responsible for the bond.

Is everything kept confidential?

Yes. We don't discuss your case with employers, neighbors, or anyone who isn't part of the agreement. Discretion is part of how we work.

Which areas do you serve?

We focus on Mesa, Chandler, and Gilbert, and we post bonds throughout the Maricopa County jail system, which handles most East Valley arrests.

Are you open right now?

Yes. We answer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Arrests don't keep business hours, so neither do we.

Someone you love is in custody. Let's get them home.

Call or text any time, day or night. A real person answers, and we can usually start the bond on the first call.
